Phase 0
Start / Orientation (Safety Check + Rough Strategy)
Before you quit or leave:
- First, we'll do a security check – so you don't miss any critical steps in your home country.
- You will receive a free rough strategy with a clear roadmap: recognition, language, visa, employer – in the correct order.

Phase 1
Important things to do in the home country
Now we secure the points that cannot be made up later, or only at great expense:
Documents, proofs, certifications, references. You do not leave your country before the foundation is laid – so that no procedure in Germany fails due to trifles.
Phase 2 - Parallel track
Meanwhile, we are already working for your start in Germany
While you take care of important things in your home country, we professionally prepare your application documents and start the matching process.
We organize interviews with suitable employers and – depending on your professional profile – contacts with universities, training institutions and much more.
This way there is no loss of time: Home country to-dos and the Germany process run in parallel.
Phase 3
Recognition/Visa/Entry route
(depending on status)
We structure your recognition process to minimize queries and delays;
if full recognition is not yet available, a visa for recognition with qualification measures may be possible (with partial recognition notice, registration for measures, and possibly proof of livelihood).
If an employer is on board, we also check the accelerated skilled worker procedure (§81a) to streamline the organizational process.
