Why Premium Med
The diverse challenges facing the German healthcare system today require competent, multi-perspective, and smart solution strategies.
Premium Med® AG has made it its mission to actively counteract the permanent high shortage of doctors and healthcare personnel in Germany in order to stabilize overall medical care. Through a binational, license-based, and international scouting of doctors, medical specialists, and nurses, we offer – in addition to the elements of a recruiting process – significant added value by creating the ability to change through exclusive, personal, and holistic consultations on site or in the home country of the doctor willing to change.
Another focus is supporting doctors, practice operators, and clinics in Germany in creating economic efficiency, job satisfaction, and work-life balance, as well as securing the future through multi-perspective medical consulting and the development and implementation of innovative healthcare concepts.

Our Phase Model
We provide an advance and then guide you step by step through the process so that you can achieve your goals efficiently and sustainably.
Phase 1 – Initial Consultation & Analysis (free)
Your personal SfH‑MEDICAL MANAGER® guides you through a compact, structured initial consultation.
The goal is a common situational picture (goals, framework, risks, timeframe) as well as a short list of documents for the next step.
Result: clear priorities, measurable goals and a coordinated path into Phase 2 – Rough Strategy.
Phase 2 – Rough Strategy & Offer
Based on the initial analysis, we develop a strategy together with experts, including timelines, effort/benefit assessment, risks (traffic light), and clear next steps.
Your dedicated contact person – the SfH‑MEDICAL MANAGER® – will explain and discuss the strategy in detail with you and provide you with an offer with a satisfaction guarantee.
Phase 3 – Order Placement, Schedule & Implementation
When you commission us, we translate the strategy into a binding project roadmap – with milestones, responsibilities, timelines, budget frameworks, and measurable goals.
Coordination lies with your personal SfH‑MEDICAL MANAGER®, who manages the collaboration with all involved parties and, if necessary, brings in experts from the SOLUTIONS‑FOR‑HEALTH‑INITIATIVE.
Phase 4: Aftercare & Success Assurance
During and also after the implementation phase, your SfH‑MEDICAL MANAGER® will accompany you through the stabilization and consolidation phase.
We measure what works, eliminate remaining friction, and permanently anchor the results in everyday life – transparently, documented, and with clear responsibilities.

Our consultations can be subsidized – depending on the program, location, and project – in many cases with 50% to 80%.
Important: The application is submitted before the project starts – we take care of the funding quick check and accompany the submission.
